Doesn't Karma involve being reincarnated into a better class by doing good things?
I believe in the Bible and what it says: "you reap what you sow."
I don't believe that I will die and return in a better body if I do good things. I do believe in doing good things, being smart financially and being responsible.
I used to and still kind of do. But I have had the hardest year of my life and I feel like I genuinely try to be a good person, I just feel like I have a lot more bad things happen then good. Maybe I just don't notice the good things as much, but who knows.

This...plus this helps keep me in check.
In addition, it's not up to me to be concerned about if someone gets what they deserve, although that doesn't stop me from feeling that way.
Well, it seems that an awful lot of people around me get what they deserve recently. If that's karma...no idea. Generally, I don't believe in higher powers handing out rewards and penalties. I do think that action will find a reaction, and sometimes it is a deserved one.
Just recently, a horrible horrible person got what he deserved. He ruined the lives of at least twenty people I know or tried to and well, now he won't ever again. Whatever caused it, it makes me happy.
I think there are a lot of wonderful people who for no good reason get dealt a pretty shitty hand. I don't think that they have done anything in their life to deserve it nor in a past life.
I don't believe in Karma, exactly. I believe that when you treat people badly and do hurtful things, others will remember and treat you in kind. I believe the same about treating others well.
So, from my point of view, it isn't an outside force that brings retribution, but our actions do play a role in our future.

This is very well said!
I would like to add, bad things happen to good people all the time so I definitely don't think they deserve it. There are so many things that happen every single day that I just want to ask why, I know I won't understand but I guess that's not my place.

No I don't.
