If so what are you doing? I've taken the last monthish off due to complete lack of motivation. Heading in tonight to renew my gym membership and do some walking. Curious what others are still doing.
I am but I am farther behind you so ask me in a few weeks!
I am down to just either walking on the treadmill (nothing aggressive, usually 3.3 mph and a low incline) or an hour on the elliptical (low resistance of 4 and interval inclines). I do this on average 3x per week.
Am I still eating like a cow and compensating? Yes. So I basically do it to keep myself moving because if I rest I will keep resting.
I am. I'm a State Trooper but I've been off the road since May.
I sit in the office all day and enter paperwork for other districts that don't have secretaries. I'm miserable. My job normally is very active and I'm in and out of the car and on my feet working wrecks so this has been a transition.
I'm stuck working as long as possible because every day I take cuts into my maternity leave which is all my vacation and sick time I've built up. I'm due 12/26 and plan on working until the last possible dy if I can.
Yes, I've been walking on the treadmill at my work during lunch breaks (Mon-Thurs) and doing some light weights for arms. I've been doing the weights (5lbs) while on an exercise ball. Also, I've been rock climbing still... about once a month, I think I'm gonna try to go one last time before her arrival.
I wrote a recent blog about it, if anyone would like to read

I am! Up until 30w I was doing a combination of walking and jogging on the treadmill, but that got too uncomfortable. Now I'm walking for at least 30 minutes, usually 3x/week. I'm also lifing weights and doing prenatal yoga once a week. With DS I worked out up until the day before I had him (so probably 37w exactly).
Walking and yoga really help me physically feel better - I have much less back pain... so I use that as my incentive... because otherwise I'm running out of motivation.
I am doing a weight training class I was previously doing prior to becoming pregnant. I have reduced my weights and do not spend a lot of time on my back. The instructor has also included some yoga and squat moves for me. I also am walking at lunch for 30 minutes a day. I expect this will continue to delivery unless I feel otherwise.
I still am, however, lately my motivation has been dwindling. I used to go each morning with my husband, however, last week he had to go into work early, so I was going after work. It has been hard to get back into getting up early, but we are this week. Mostly I have been doing the summit climber machine, however, if I am really tired I will just go with the elliptical for about a half hour.
I am I started out very overweight so I have really been focusing on my eating and keeping to working out about 5-6 hours a week. I do cardio classes at my gym, interval running (1 min on, 1 min off), eliptical, some weight training etc. I am 33 weeks and have kept my weight gain at about 12 pounds now. I was hoping to only gain about 15 total since I started out in the overweight/obese category. I am just doing what I can for my body. Some days I have to take it easier than others, just do what you can, but do something!! It will make labor so much easier
I quit working out. I kinda feel bad about it but I know once LO arrives and I recover I'll get back on the horse so to speak. Before pregnancy I used to walk 1 to 1.5 miles 5 days a week plus did 20 minutes of strength training (light weights only) 2xweek. Then at 7 weeks I had some spotting and was told no exercise for a month. Once I quit I just couldn't get back into it and with all the changes my body was going through when I tried to work out if I accidentally did too much (which was as little as walk 1 mile at 3mph) I felt sick. So I just gave up. I admire all you ladies who are still going strong.
I am still doing Crossfit three times a week and walking / slow jogging three days. Baby girl is still sitting pretty high, so I'm not having a lot of pressure on my bladder / cervix. Most days I don't feel like doing anything at all, but I always feel better once I have gotten out and moved around a bit. I figure I'll keep at it until she arrives, or until I am feeling too uncomfortable.
The only thing I'm doing is taking a 20 min walk to and from the mailbox every day with the dog.
It's mostly for the dog.. She apparently is on a routine (which there really isn't one) but you mention 'mailbox' out loud, she freaks out and runs to the door and if we haven't made it to the mailbox by a certain time she gets antsy. I guess, she is keeping me on track by wanting to go even when I don't want to go.
I decided my last outing on the road bike was the other day. The riding position had finally gotten too uncomfortable. I haven't tried the mtn bike yet (on a smooth path), we haven't had another good day for it yet. I had a pretty good season, considering I would only go on car-free paths with my daughter riding tandem. I usually went 10-20 miles, at least 1x/week.
I'm still doing my jogging, probably 4-5 times per week on average. I don't break any land speed records by any stretch, but on a good day I can go a couple miles without stopping, while pushing DD in her jogging stroller. I'm better in the mornings, as far as belly comfort, and I can usually go longer. I will admit it's a rigamarole to get ready. I have to wear these special forefoot-loading sneakers to reduce shock through my heels and everywhere else, a maternity brace, chub rub cream on my thighs, and my one super duty sports bra. I also have to have gone #2 beforehand, otherwise I'm taking a huge gamble and things will be very uncomfortable.
I also do prenatal yoga with a friend on a weekly basis, and when it snows I will gladly trade my running shoes in for my snow shoes!!!
Last pregnancy, I couldn't find a way to keep the running up by the 6th month or so, but I had a gym membership and took spinning classes 2x/week right to the end after work. Work was pretty physically demanding, too. DH and I also took hikes, walks and went snow shoeing.
I am still going to the gym 3 days a week. I also usually do a good walk 1-2 days a week with DH and DS in the stroller.
On my gym days I alternate between independent cardio/weights and step and sculpt class, or an athletic interval class. I just modify moves that I am not comfortable with so that I keep moving throughout the class.
When I do my own cardio I alternate between the elliptical for 35 minutes at level 10-14, and 45 minutes on the treadmill at 3.8 mph and 10-12% incline. I do a combination of weight machines and free weights and I would say that I am doing about 75% of my pre pregnancy weight.
I do crossfit/aerobics 5-6 days a week. If I miss a workout one day, I will walk instead. It helps me feel healthy, although I am beginning to be pretty tired.

I've dropped to aquafit classes (swimming started giving me reflux). It's helping with the back pain a lot, and hopefully keeping a few muscles going.

So, thank you, Stitch for keeping mommy moving..
