I love the feeling of being all hot and sweaty after a good workout. Most freak out and run to the shower as fast as they can, but I will instead come home, drink a protein shake, eat something and then shower.
I hate snow. I want nothing to do with it. Dont think it is pretty. I do not look forward to when G wants to go out and play in the snow. I hate getting wet and cold. BLAH!
I rarely make my bed. I am not a morning person, so it isn't gonna happen then. By the time I get home from work, why make it if I am going to mess it up again.
I like the feeling of a freshly made bed, but unless someone is going to see my bed or I just changed the sheets I don't see the need.

I hate when women on TB claim that an 'emergency c/s' is ONLY when mom is put under general, and gets a vertical incision.
Unless you were the dr delivering the baby you don't get to tell any mom that her c/s wasn't an emergency.
I had an elective c/s for medical reasons but prior to making my decision, i discussed this very topic with my ob. she said a slim 5-10% of c/sections are TRUE emergencies. she said sometimes there is rushing around when a natural birth doesn't go as planned, but urgent does not equate to an emergency. she said most of natural births that take a different turn are still only considered "unplanned c/sections." this is not to downplay anyone's experience, of course, just that it can feel much more dramatic for the woman because of her emotions and birth plans in her mind, etc. all that said, i agree with you 100% that nobody should be trying to tell another woman anything about her birth. that's just asinine!

I don't believe in the adage, "Everything in moderation."
