Supply Question

My lo is 7 months old and takes 1216oz while at dc then nurses on demand of an evening. The last two days I've barely pumped 1012 oz when i would normally get 1418oz and last night I felt empty when nursing lo before bed. Is this a sign that my supply is tanking? I really want to make it to a year so this is really stressing me out which I know doesn't help things.

    Could AF be on her way?  That will cause your supply to drop, but it will recover.  Did you get enough to eat and drink yesterday?

    I got enough to eat and drink yesterday. I hadn't even thought about it being AF on her way. I'll hope that's what it is. Never thought I'd say that
