Has anyone ordered anything from Ugly Sofa?

I ordered the Uglywhere chair for DD on Oct. 10th. I got an order confirmation email but so far that's it. I haven't got a shipping confirmation and I obviously haven't gotten the chair in the mail yet. I'm starting to get a little paranoid. For anyone who ordered something from them, how long did it take before you got what you ordered?

    This might not be incredibly helpful but there was a mom on the multiples board that ordered chairs from there last year and all I remember her saying about them was that when they came they had to sit awhile before they regained their shape.  I'm going out on a limb and thinking that it probably took awhile to get them to her, hence why it came all smooshed.  Sorry that wasn't really what you were looking for, but she did eventually get her chairs and was happy with them.
