Molar madness - when does it end?!

We're going on 3 weeks now of molar madness - super drooly, fussy, crib teething (joy), and middle of the night waking.  I feel so bad for C - I'm pretty sure all 4 are coming in at once (I can see 3 - and its a maybe on #4).  Hoping we get thru this quickly!!
