Side eyeing a facebook comment

So one of my friends who is a photographer posted a beautiful picture of the Bounty, the ship that sank of the East Coast during the storm killing 1 and 1 still missing, saying "Sad she was a beautiful ship." 

 This woman posts below him "Did they have to take down hundreds and thousands of trees and buildings to get her to her final resting place like they did with the space shuttle?? Lol!"  All I can think as I read that comment is are you a complete idiot?  Do you have any idea what you are posting about?  Is my WTF meter off right now due to lack of sleep or is that an assine post?

    I don't even get what she's talking about. I kind of find both comments a little insensitive though being that someone died.

    Huh? I don't think she knows what she's talking about. Or at least I don't understand what she's talking about. It's very likely she doesn't know what she's posting about.

    While I agree it is a stupid comment I think what she is referring to is the space shuttles last voyage to where ever they are keeping it for viewing. Remember a few weeks ago they flew the space shuttle on an airplane to CA I think? And the plane would drop lower in certain cities so people could see it. I have heard (not 100% sure on whether it's true) that they are having/had a parade to get it to wherever it is going to be kept (I guess some sort of museum?) but in order to do that they have to cut down a bunch of trees in order to make room for it to get there.

    Again, as you can see I don't know all of the details but I think it just has something to do with cutting down trees to get the shuttle to it's final place.

    Still a stupid comment especially considering there are people still missing from the boat.

    Both comments are stupid. And yes, they flew the space shuttle to LA to be put on display at a museum, and the had to transport it from the airport to the museum by taking down signs and trees, etc. https://www.buzzfeed.com/atmccann/celebrity-space-shuttle-spotted-in-la It was really a waste of trees, but still, these fb comments are terrible.
