What'll it be tonight, ladies?  It's Monday, so did anyone accidentally wear two different shoes to work due to lack of coffee or the shear fact that it's MONDAY? Any of you east coasters brave some power-outage Hurrican BD and have an epic fail in the dark?  Come on, spill it!

    It has been one heck of a night. I got out of work early due to the storm and was going to hit the liquor store on the way home. I got there only to find that they closed an hour before. Boo! So I get home and Annie was a royal PIA to me for an hour until DH came home. Then he was being a d!ck about how I was acting towards Annie and saying things like, well if you're acting like this towards her then maybe we need to discuss having kids... Yeah, that went over like a fart in church. So after a lengthy argument turned productive discussion I just sent DH out to the grocery store to buy me wine in the middle of a hurricane. The wind is howling and its raining out, but we still have power so it's not that bad, but yeah. He owed me.

    We are so nervous about branches coming down on our house that we are sleeping on a mattress in the basement. Would like to try to entice DH into some BDing but we're pretty much at the dog's level and she keeps trying to climb on us. We'll see how it goes.

    This happened years ago but Meg's post remined me of it.  The first time DH and I ever had sex, my dog (who has since passed) got in bed with out us noticing.  We were going at it and then DH started flopping around and yelling because he realized the Dog was licking his a$$.  Shlit my own post just made me snort wine.  sorry I'm all boozed up, having my own hurricane party, yeah we live in Missouri.
