Weaning/Engorgement

If I am stopping a pumping/feeding session how can I prevent engorgement? I am trying to wean off bf and don't know how to go about it without causing engorgement for the pumping/feeding sessions I still need to do. Any advice on weaning and how to stop milk supply eventually is greatly appreciated! Thanks for the help!

    Kellymom.com had some good articles. I haven't weaned yet, but i saw some info there the other day. It's a really useful site if you weren't aware of it already.
