Busted internal stiches or muscle soreness from overdoing it?

Anyone's internal incision reopen? How did you know/how did it feel? My external incision is fine. I think I'm just super sore from overdoing it last week and over the weekend. My somewhat elderly mom came to help and wound up being more of a houseguest. My husband had to work long hours and was on call at night so I was caring for my 2 week old, 2 year old, husband, my mom, a dog and the house. In retrospect I should have just let the house turn into a dirty pit, but I'm a neat freak and it drove me nuts so now I feel just as sore as I did right after surgery. Im having abdominal soreness in the area between my scar up to and above my belly button- its very tender. Also, the area above the incision where I'm assuming the internal incision is feels almost cold and burning at the same time? If its still this way tomorrow I'll probably call my OBGyn. Anyone else ever had these symptoms and was it normal healing? My first CS healed just fine, but I literally sat on my behind for almost 3 weeks post op. Thanks for reading if you made it all the way through!
