I am dreading that daylight savings will just turn into an early wake uptime. We usually go to bed at 7 and get up at 6:30. Any tips for dealing with the time change?
We just have gone about our routine as usual and within a few days DD1 has always done really well. I find that it eventually catches up with them and they can fall into their old routine pretty fast.
