Sorry to be a PW I have been renting a medela symphony for two months because my insurance was supposed to cover rental cost. Well, they don't, and at $64/mo I'm thinking I should just buy a pump.
I also have Medela PISA. I asked this question before I bought mine and the majority of the responses I got were about this one. It seems to be a favorite. I like mine a lot. No problems, but also nothing to compare to.
A friend recommended this Hygeia over the medela because it is a closed system, i.e. no mold issues. I don't know if I should trust the brand.
I use the Hygeia Enjoye because the LC recommended it for the same reason - closed system. What I do like about it is it seems to be pretty powerful and my supply has stayed consistent, even if I skip a pumping session. What I hate about it is that you can't attach any storage parts to it (like with the Medela, you can attach the storage tubes), so I am constantly transferring milk to storage containers and washing the only two milk containers. It's not a nuisance until you do it several times a day. I EP so it's a PITA. Also, it seems bulkier than some of the Medela pumps I've seen.
Ameda purely yours..I just put it in my own tote bag when I have to go somewhere. It's so much cheaper, has a closed system so you don't have to clean tubing huge plus! and the only things you clean are bottles/falanges. All standard bottles connect to it. I pump in Medela 8 oz bottles in the morning but I've also used glass evenflo! Works great, but as a FTM I've got nothing to compare it to.

I have an Ameda Truly Yours that cost 129 on Amazon. It's the company's cheapest one because it didn't have a bag or extra accessories. The pump is the same for all three of their models. I like it quite a bit. It's small and easy to travel with. I use the larger flanges, so I had to buy those in addition to it. I got a lunchbox that I use as a bag. I'm pretty much an EPer, since I only nurse once a day. It gets tons of use.
Re: Rec. your pump please!
this! I used it with DS and now using it with dd.

This is the one I have, my lactation consultant recommended it. I EP and it is great.
It also has the completely enclosed hygienic system.
