My weeks pretty much all look similar, so I'll answer even though we go Tuesday to Tuesday. :-)
Baked chicken on salad store-bought crabcakes, leftover rice, and steamed veggie baked salmon with lemon-pepper seasoning, more leftover rice, and steamed veggie crockpot beef stroganoff tacos grilled pork chops, mac 'n cheese, steamed veggies grilled flank steak, store-bought mashed potatoes, steamed veggies
I think these all take less than 20 minutes of cook time, and very little prep time, except for the stroganoff which is minutes to prepare and then it does its thing.
Sunday - Crock Pot Ham with pineapple and brown sugar. I'll let it cook all day, we'll have supper that night, then leftover ham on sandwiches for luches through the week.
Monday - Pork Chops alla Pizziola. This is a freezer then crock pot recipe I have ready to go in my freezer where I didn't use it the last time I prepped it.
Tues - Leftover night (or cold ceral if all else fails
Wed - Halloween. We'll take DS trick or treating and eat at my Mom's. She always cooks a big pot of chili so that everyone can grab a bowl as they swing through.
Thurs - Garlic/Brown Sugar Chicken. Super quick and easy. I prepped it already and froze it so I'll just thaw and pop in the oven when we get home.
Fri - Hamburgers. I'll buy meat this weekend and go ahead and have them ready. End of the week, I'll thaw and throw on the grill.
Sat - Eating out / Surprise. Could also be leftovers depending on how the week's food shakes out.
FYI. The Pork chops and garlic brown sugar chicken are new pinterest recipes. I haven't personally tried them yet.
I don't have anything planned until Sunday or even Monday but last week my 3 quick meals were
Spaghetti w/ Giada's checca sauce (SO fast and easy & DD loves helping put everything in the cuisinart and pushing the on button)
Chili (I make it pretty quickly, I'm sure you should let it simmer for an hour or so but I only let it simmer 15-20 min and it is still good. for quicker prep, brown the meat the night before (I use a mix of turkey & turkey sausage)
Chicken fried rice (super fast & easy, I use frozen stir fry veggies, cook the chicken in one pan (or use rotisserie) while making quick cook brown rice (or frozen precooked from TJs, or cook the rice the night before), heat up sesame oil, stir fry the veggies, add the cooked chicken, scramble an egg in there, add the rice & some soy sauce. voila.
Sunday - Beef w/ Broccoli over white rice Monday - Beef Stroganoff w/ Salad (prepared in crock pot today so I just need to take it out of the fridge and turn on in the morning) Tuesday - Baked Salmon, Ranch Potatoes, Salad Wednesday - Chicken a la King, Salad Thursday - Shrimp Fried Rice, Asian Veggies Friday - Steak, Yams, Veggies Saturday - Burgers & French Fries
