How do you treat/reward yourself?

I need some ideas.  I tend to reward myself with food... which is not good.  I also can get in the habit of having a bad day and getting a milkshake or something on the way home from work.  Also not good.  So, how do you reward yourself in a non-food way?

  • A new book

A small  glass of wine or a good dark beer  - I know it's kind of food but a small glass has a lot less calories than most of what I would eat.

take time for myself to take a bath or just 30 minutes to read/relax

    new shoes

  • I guess I just need to make time for myself. : h is great with J, but I definitely take the brunt of the childrearing and I feel bad leaving him in dc longer than necessary.
