I've been having cramps too. They make me worried!
Whoa, bump burp!
They are totally fine. I saw my Dr. on Thursday and he said the worse you feel, the better it is. The cramps are from your body making room for baby. By the way, I took some of those suggestions and the heating pad works amazing. I put it on the low setting on my back and only need it for about 5-10 min and they are gone. Eating frequently is helping too. I think they may be a mix of cramping/hunger pains.
I have had cramps all through this pregnancy. Seriously, drink an insane amount of water!!! Drink enough until your urine runs clear... then keep drinking. I have now learned when the cramping begins drink tons of water and usually the cramping will begin to stop. And lye down, for me it is best when lying on my side.
But cramping at your point in the pregnancy is much more common than later, like I've had.

OK, that is definitely the bump creating all those blank posts! Anyway, mine are worse for me at night. I am up every 1-2 hours and very uncomfortable. Sometimes I need to use the restroom and they feel better. Other times, just getting up and walking around does the trick. I am not a water drinker, but since we have been TTC I have been using crystal light to help me drink water. I drank 3 bottles yesterday and one glass of OJ and I am going to try for more today. Hopefully, this will work. It's too early in my pregnancy to not be sleeping!!!
