H bought all the stuff to make a pumpkin pie, but he bought the pumpkin can big enough for two pies!

Does anyone have good recipes for baby I could use the other half for?

pumpkin pancakes or waffles or muffins.

I had leftover pumpkin one day and I mixed in just enough ww flour to make it a pancakey thickness added some sugar and spices and made her pancakes.

Mix it in a box of brownie mix instead of the eggs, oil and water...although that's not really a baby recipe.

Yep, I used to freeze it for LO. She loved pumpkin when we were still on pur?es. And I have some in my freezer waiting to make a pumpkin roll.

I just tried a recipe from Pinterest for pumpkin muffins. All it is is a box of yellow cake mix and a can of pumpkin. That's it. They were good too! Really, how can they not be...pumpkin and yellow cake!
