Hi girls, after lurking through the second half of my pregnancy, I've only posted a few times, but have always appreciated your advice.
Just for fun though - anyone's baby dancing yet? The other day my LO was in her walker and I was humming one of the songs it plays (still can't figure out which lullaby it is even though it's soooo familiar). Every time I was humming the song though, towards the end she would start to nod her head up and down and bounce her butt a bit. It was so cute!! Could it be that she has begun dancing or is it just wishful thinking on my part?
Re: Dancing Baby?
Oh hello by the way!
This here too.
Here's a funny one though. My husband does lumberjack competitions. There is one event called the crosscut. It is a 2-person saw. DD has been too 19 competitions (very busy summer). She will actually bounce in rhythm to the crosscut sawing while we are watching. It's so cute.
(I swear my kid is going to think that you count "3,2,1, Go!" instead of 1, 2, 3, etc.)

DS dances to songs that have a really peppy beat - e.g. he head bobs to Glee's version of "Proud Mary," and he'll bounce in his exersaucer when the duckie button plays "Old MacDonald."
Sidenote: DH hates that DS enjoys the Glee soundtracks so much, but it makes his mama very happy.
