J told me that I may be a little obsessive about my body/skin care. While I think I probably do more than others, I don't think I am obsessive. So ladies, tell me about yourselves...
1. Do you take good care of your face and body? (talking about the outside)
Yes, there is an everyday routine that I do not sway from. There are a minimum of 3 parts to washing my face (cleanse, treat, moisturize) and I atleast moisturize my body everyday after I shower.
2. What do you use to wash your face? Body?
I use professional products from the spa I work at for my face, along with Eminence, an all organic line. I use Dove soap (because I can't find one I like better) and coconut oil, as a moisturizer on my body.
3. Do you have sensitive skin? Dry? Oily?
My face is an oil pit and the rest of my body is very dry.
4. Is there a product that you use that you will not do without?
I will never go without eye cream because I feel like crows feet make you look old and tired and I am trying really hard to prevent them since I can't seem to get the sleep I need to also keep them away.
5. Do you do anything extra? (i.e. sunscreen everyday, body scrubs, facials etc.)
I exfoliate and mask my face at least once a week and get a facial probably every 8-12 weeks. I try exfoliate my body at twice a month, since it helps with the dry skin. I am probably the only black person I know (not that others don't) that puts sunscreen on to go to the beach because I don't want sun damage or cancer.

I would say not really, at least compared to the OP...
2. What do you use to wash your face? Body?
Right now I use those one-use facial cloths, occasionally a cleanser. I will soon be using Norwex makeup cloths (washable and uses ONLY WATER to cleanse). In the shower I use any old body wash I have on hand (not brand loyal at all) on a poof. I use a "scrub" on my face in the shower as well.
3. Do you have sensitive skin? Dry? Oily?
Somewhat oily face. Normal to dry everywhere else.
4. Is there a product that you use that you will not do without?
I'm not very product or brand loyal, so no.
5. Do you do anything extra? (i.e. sunscreen everyday, body scrubs, facials etc.)
Occasionally I will put lotion on my legs or feet. Man, I feel so lazy.
1. Do you take good care of your face and body? (talking about the outside)
Not as good as I should. I shower daily and wash my face while in there but that's about as far as it goes.
2. What do you use to wash your face? Body?
For face, just water. Occassionally I might use an oil removing scrub but not that often. For body, Bath and Body Works shower gel.
3. Do you have sensitive skin? Dry? Oily?
Overall I have in between skin. Not too oily but just enough to be annoying.
4. Is there a product that you use that you will not do without?
Water. Seriously. My DH laughs at me because he has a more involved skincare routine than I do.
5. Do you do anything extra? (i.e. sunscreen everyday, body scrubs, facials etc.)
When I remember, I will lotion my body. But usually by the time I get out of the shower, I'm so tired I skip it and crawl into bed. I need to be better about it.
1. Do you take good care of your face and body? (talking about the outside)
Idk, not really. I wash my face when I shower, and I use lotion on my face when it feels dry. I try to apply body lotion more regularly, especially in the winter, since I have such dry skin.
2. What do you use to wash your face? Body?
I use Lush Dark Angels on my face a few times a week, and Olay lotion on my face when it feels dry. It's not unusual for my face to get so dry that it starts peeling in the winter if I don't moisturizer enough. Right now, I've got St. Ives body lotion, because it was cheap and I'm going through it all so quickly.
3. Do you have sensitive skin? Dry? Oily?
My skin is dry and sensitive. All of it, face, body, all of it.
4. Is there a product that you use that you will not do without?
My Olay facial lotion.
5. Do you do anything extra? (i.e. sunscreen everyday, body scrubs, facials etc.)
I'm obsessive about sunscreen, but I have very fair skin, and a diagnosis of atypical moles which means I'm at a nine times greater risk of getting skin cancer than the average person.
