FTM and all morning I have been having cramps really low and in my hips. Anyone know what this means?

I don't know what they mean, but I had them at the end of my first pregnancy for the last few weeks.

I had these too , pretty bad lastnight actually, like period and in my hips hurt to walk and painful in the night??

Exactly! No matter what I do I can't get comfortable.

I can't really help you, because I don't know... but I had menstrual like cramps too last night, but they subsided. I get cramps every once in a while and more often than not, I think it's just gas... Yep. Embarrassing. If it lasts for a long time though, I'd call your ob just to be sure.

I have them - they're contractions (to me, they are not BH, they feel differently). My MW says not to worry unless there are more than 5-6 in an hour or you have blood/fluid.

I've been having cramps and at my appointment on Wednesday my OB said it was most likely due to the baby's head being so low.

Yes. I've been feeling them, too, especially in the mornings. My OB says they're normal and are a part of the uterus growing and growing. But she said that if they last too long, I should call her.
