she needs to be up no later than 3pm (she has about 4 hours of awake time from last nap to bedtime)
ETA: but our real issue is making sure she naps LATE enough to make it to bedtime without needing a 3rd nap. daycare used to put her down too early and she'd be up around 1/1:30 and was struggling to even make it home at 5.
oh, and I do wake her up to keep her on a good bedtime schedule. As long as she's been sleeping for 45 minutes and it's approaching 3pm - I will wake her.
Thanks. We are just transitioning from 3 to 2 Naps. If her second nap is too early or too short she cannot make it without that 3rd nap. Bedtime itself doesn't seem effected. She pretty much sleeps 930 until 9 no matter what.
