maternit21 and 2nd semester screen?

Hi! i am thrilled that my maternit21 results are negative and the us looked good at the first tri screen.  My question is.....would you complete the sequential screen with the 2nd blood draw even when the maternit21 is neg? Does maternit21 trump the sequential screen? thanks,

    My opinion is that maternit21 does trump the sequential screen since it is looking at actual DNA rather than a measurement of odds based on markers.  If it were me I likely would not complete the sequential.  Of course, this is just my opinion!
    TTC 10/2009 BFP #1: Missed m/c at 8.5 weeks 11/10 BFP #2: Missed m/c at 10.5 weeks 8/11 BFP #3: Missed m/c at 9 weeks 2/2012 BFP #4: 8/21/12, EDD 5/4/13. So far so good, fingers crossed, hoping and praying with all of our might for this little bean....

    My MFM had me do it to rule out Spina Bifida....I am ignoring the screening test results for Trisomy 21 because I did the Harmony Test which is the similar test to maternit21. It did cause a lot of stress because of my odds but I know the DNA tests trump the screening.

    I just got my MaterniT21 results back last week and they were also all negative.  My husband and I aren't going to do the other testing because the MaterniT21 is more accurate.  Even my OB told me there was no need.
