Peanut butter/egg ?

Hi everyone!

My little girl just turned 1 last Saturday and I totally forgot to ask the Dr about trying to introduce my LO to peanut butter and eggs?  When did you start with your LO?  Sorry if this has been asked, I try to get on here but it is tough..  LOL!  ;) TIA!!!

    Unless there's a risk factor (other allergies, family history of allergies, excema) we were told that all food was fair game except honey.  So Lily has been eating eggs since 7 months and peanut butter since 8 months.  Just remember what you fed her so that you can make the connection if there is ever a reaction.

    At 9 months my pedi said no peanut butter or shellfish until 2 years old, but that everything else was fair game.  We've given DS eggs.

    I gave LO peanut butter a few days ago that resulted in a pretty severe allergic reaction. Bad things. Gave her some benadryl and she was ok. I panicked though. I brought her in and we were both covered in puke. Doctor checked her lungs and everything was fine, thankfully.

    We started eggs at about 7ish months.  Pedi said wait for peanut butter until he is 18 months

    My pedi said at her 1 year appointment that there was nothing that she couldn't eat, but we're holding off on PB until 18months.

    Our Pedi said no penut butter or shellfish until 2. Everything else is fine. We started eggs around 9 months. I'm going to wait on honey for a while longer I think. We rarely use it anyway, and I'd rather not take the risk.

    DS has been eating peanut butter and eggs since about six months.  Doc said to hold off on honey until one year.  He's had that now and all is well.

    We havent done peanut butter yet and will prob yet a little longer for that but we have given her scrambled eggs and she loves them!

    We gave DD eggs starting around 7 or 8 months (she LOVES them). 

    Our pedi gave her peanut butter when we were there for our 1 yr appointment because I told him I was nervous about a possible reaction.  She has had it multiple times since and has been fine. 

    We have not given her honey yet.  Pedi said she could eat anything at this point though.  We do not have any allergies.
