where's baby colby?! haha it was nice because most people were either too distracted by keagan in the front to notice colby in the basket, so I didn't have tons of strangers oogling over the baby (eww germs!)

please don't judge my shopping cart contents, stocking up for the storm and no worries, there are NO items on Colby, or even have any potential to fall on him

Your brave! I have been wanting to attempt grocery shopping with both boys but always chicken out and wait for DH to get home to go with me or stay with one of them!

Edit: I also just looked at your tickers and saw our boys are both very close in age!

I wish I could get D to hang out in the car part of the cart but he'd be off and running after he lost interest in the car.

I have no idea...I've never looked that closely at them. But still, I can already hear him whining to be "unstuck" because he wants out. Maybe I'll test it out with MH along with me for backup if need be.

Our Publix has carts with thr car part on top by the parent. If we go to kroger I dont do the car cart because I dont like not being able to interact with him.

I've been out with both kids a few times so far & it's not as bad as I thought it'd be. I haven't attempted grocery shopping with both, though - we went al together as a family & I kept DS in my cart & MH put DD in his cart. MH's job was just to stroll her around to keep her happy while I did all the shopping, lol.

I am a firm believer in wearing baby! I use my Mei Tai carrier at the stores. No one has been ballsy enough to try to touch DD when I'm wearing her. And then it gives me two free hands to chase my 2.5 year old. We survived grocery shopping although I was a bit flustered during the process and bought more than we needed.
