Fenugreek

Anyone using it, having luck with it? I have very little supply on my left side and the pedi and LC recommended I try fenugreek. Anyone else have luck with his or another product?

    With DS, I had good luck with a combo of fenugreek and mothers milk tea.

    Fenugreek is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Its totally helped get my supply in gear since my LO wont nurse. I am currently taking 2 capsules 4 times a day. In fact I just took some and am pumping while bumping LOL!

    It took about a week, but it is totally working for me. I take three pills 3X per day and pump when LO eats.

    I'm not having supply issues so far this time around, but I used it for awhile with DS1, and it seemed to help.  It didn't drastically increase my supply, but it seemed to do enough that along with a few other little nursing tweaks, I was able to get to where I needed to be.

    I tried this but be careful because it seemed to cause really bad gas in my DD. I didnt realize it could do that before starting it and she got really uncomfortable! Just so you know..

    I tried it with DS1 around 8 months when my supply seemed to go down. I didn't notice a difference in my supply after taking it. It also gave me horrible headaches. I ended up trying to drink a ton more water, making sure I was eating enough and pumping a little longer at work to try to stimulate more production.
