Red Raspberry Leaf is a uterus toner that can help your contractions work more efficiently during labor, which can lead to a shorter labor and help your uterus contract back down to size afterwards more quickly. You have to take in consistently to see any effects. Some people say you have to take it for months, others say just 3rd tri or just the month before your due date. It can be taken in capsule form or drunk in a tea.
Evening Primrose Oil can soften your cervix. You can take it orally or apply it directly in you vagina. I haven't started it yet, but I think it's recommended to start at around week 36. I've only seen it is capsule form.
Neither of these things will put you into labor or give you a pain free childbirth, but they can help you dilate/labor more efficiently when the time comes.

Do you know what mg is recommended? Amazon has capsules from 500mg to 1300mg.

I *think* you start with one 500mg capsule a day and work your way up to 5 500mg capsules by week 40. I haven't researched EPO as much, so I could be totally wrong on that. The capsules I have are the 500mg ones from Nature's Way.
