I've been taking Body Pump classes for about a year, and I'm planning on continuing for now. But, I'm wondering if there are specific moves that I shouldn't be doing. Like I'm guessing that I shouldn't do the abs sets... but anything else? I will ask my doctor, but I probably won't get to his office until after my class this week. Anyone have any tips? Thanks!

I wouldnt lift as much. also on the clean and presses I wouldnt use heavy weights, same with the lunges and squats. I wouldnt go super heavy. now you are ok to lay on your back. Abs are fine now too.
Once you hit the 2nd trimester avoid laying on your back for like chest and abs.
Do the exercises on a ball and you can use dumbells and modify.
I would let the instructor know so she can instruct you.
