diarrhea pains?? help!!

ftm here! i have a 9 week old baby girl who recently had a bladder infection. we put her on antibiotics which the doctor said would cause diarrhea. she also had her shots tuesday. the last 2 days she has been seemingly straining and she cries out like she is in pain. is it possible it's abdominal cramping? there doesnt seem to be anything else wrong. is there anything i can do for her??
