Flu Shot?

So we are currently in the middle of our first IVF cycle (on Lupron but have not started stims) and I am supposed to get my flu shot tomorrow at DH's work health fair event. Do you think it's ok to go ahead and get it? Should I call and double check with my RE? I know this may sound silly especially since I had one while pregnant with DD but I just don't want to do anything that may potentially mess with this cycle. Thanks ladies!

    When I got mine a couple weeks ago, there was a question asking if I was pregnant or there was a chance I would be in the next 30 days.  I checked "no" since my ER/ET won't be for another few weeks, but then told the person administering it (got it done at CVS), that I was trying on my own in the interim, although not expecting to get pregnant from it.  She told me to go ahead and get it.

    While I think it should be ok, it never hurts to talk to the RE for peace of mind.  I know if my cycle failed I would be looking at anything and everything that could have affected it, and that would be on my list.  Better safe than sorry, I always say!

    10/10: Married; 5/11: Dx: Blocked Fallopian Tube; 7/11: D&C/Hysteroscopy to remove polyp
    IVF #1: 9/11: ER: 12R, 11M, 10F, No Frosties; 5dt: 2 blasts, 1 morula; DD born 6/3/12

    I would call and ask just to be on the safe side. I'm getting mine next week and I know it's fine when you're pregnant, but I don't know if it will interfere with the drugs.

    I called the RE and they said it was ok, in fact they recommend it, but I'm still glad I called. Thanks again ladies!

    Yeah, I need to go get mine too. Hmmmmm.

    Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
    18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
    BFP #1 6/22/09 EDD: 3/2/10 DS born: 3/8/10

    TTC #2 since Dec 2011
    BFP #2 7/8/12 EDD: 3/18/12 M/C @ 9w1d: 8/16/12
