Anyone else short of Breath and have a weird cough?

Hey everyone~ So I know shortness of breath is def a third trimester symptom, but the past 2 weeks I have had it accompanied by a weird cough. it is like if I can't get enough air then I cough. It never produces mucous, so I am not sure what it is. Doesn't really hurt either. I asked my OB about it yesterday when I was in, she checked my lungs and said they were clear. I do have some slight nasal congestion. It gets better over night but gets worse as the day wears on. It has seemed worse the past few days which I have also noticed little one seems a heck of alot bigger LOL. Just wanted to see if I was not the only one who was having this. 32 weeks and 3 days!!

I've had a cough off and on for the past couple of weeks. It's not all the time and doesn't produce anything like you said. For me it usually gets worse after I eat or drink and I'll end up coughing so hard everything comes back up.

I have an appt on monday so I'll ask about it then but other than that I have no clue what the deal is other than annoying as heck.

Thanks for replying. interesting that you said about eating and drinking because I feel the same way. Not to be gross but it usually happens right before I burp or if I feel like I have some acid reflux. I have heard before that they could be related.

I get shortness of breath often, and sometimes a side effect is a cough. Dry and sometimes light, sometimes heavy. I think it's all associated with my lungs getting pressure or squished.
