I watched it for first time last night and I had crazy zombie apocalypse dreams ALL night. I feel so tired today!
Anyone else's sleep being affected by what they watch or is it just me?

Re: I should not have watched "The Walking Dead" before bed
Some are fun and some are terrible!!
I really like it too! I think I just need to watch it on the weekends during the day haha!
This happened to me the whole time throughout my last pregnancy. I couldn't watch anything scary because the nightmares would just be overwhelming. I LOVE scary movies so thankfully this pregnancy has been without nightmares.
I only had to stop watching one movie that involved a woman giving birth to an alien. That I thought was too much.
I keep having Dexter related dreams on Monday nights after watching it (I can not stay up late enough to watch in on Sunday so we DVR it).
gory, violent, dreams!
Oh man, that has to be rough!
I am bummed because I had a mini-marathon last night of season 1(ok that could be part of the reason for the dreams) and want to keep going, but I don't want another long night of running from zombies!
I am glad to know I'm not alone, though it's no fun, so I am sorry you ladies have the bad dreams too!
Absolutely LOVE this show! My husband and I watched it last night before bed and I had to keep a night light on when I went to bed LOL. It's a lot scarier than the first season I think. My husband kept wanting to turn off the lights and I told him NO because I'm the one who has to get up and pee three times per night, then it takes me forever to go back to bed because I'm thinking of something scary!
