Hi all,
I am getting to that point (as most of us on this board are!) where everything is getting slowly more uncomfortable and sore, especially when trying to sleep. Yesterday I finally gave in and took some Tylenol to try and help take the edge off my hip pain and I actually slept hard for a couple of hours afterwards.
I just wanted to see where people were at with taking Tylenol for this or if I should just be getting used to it because it is only going to get worse. I know the actual dose limits I just wanted to ask about peoples actual usage?
Re: How often are you taking Tylenol?
Thanks guys, it is good to hear that some people are taking some fairly regularly. I mean, one dose a day is a far cry from the 4000mg allotted for regular people but I don't want to dump drugs in my system unless I have to. I am pretty sure I am going to get where it does not help but for now it does and sleep is precious!
P.S. I wish I had a hubby who would massage me every day! I love my DH but there is no way in hell he is going to do that for me.
This. I have had no problems with it and have been super sore lately
ETA: I don't have a problem taking a full dose, I just know how much of it my body needs. If you're in pain daily, take it daily especially if your doctor gives you the go ahead.
This!
I take Tylenol PM every night before bed. If I dont take it I am wide awake from pain all night.
