Baby wakes every hour...HELP!

From about 7pm-12/1am DD will sleep for about 20-40 mins and then eat and be up for a bit and repeat the cycle. She started this about a week or so ago. Anyone else's LO do this? Do you know why she doing this? Any tips?

    Maybe a growth spurt?! How old is she? My son does this from time to time but he'll be 3 months next week. I started rice cereal in his night time bottle, which is around 7:30-8 pm... I only put a little bit and he sleeps from 8-4:30 am or 5 sometimes!
