LO was on regular Similac and having quite a bit of spit up and gas so we switched to Similac Sensitive. It seems to be helping with the problem, but it also seems like he does not like it at as well. He used to almost always take 4 ounces and sometimes would take 5 or 6. Now, he will only eat about 1-2 ounces at a time and occasssionally 3 ounces. Anyone else notice something similar? I'm torn on whether to go back to the old formula, stay with the current formula or maybe even try a different formula all together.

Re: Changing Formula from regular to sensitive
Maybe try mixing half of the regular and half sensitive? See if he likes the taste better and try to slowly reduce the regular.
DS had some issues when we sitched from BM to formula. Since we had a sample of the similac sensitive we tried to see if that helped and that is when the projective spit up started, so we switched back to the regular.
I can't say if they taste different as I only tried the regular (and it is aweful by the way...I don't know how babies drink this stuff), but it could be something else in the formula that he doesn't like which is why he is drinking less...just something to consider.
My LO is doing the same thing, He's switching from Neosure to Advance and he is drinking a lot less than he was. He was eating 3-4 oz every 3 hours and on advance he's eating 2-3 oz every 4 hours. I called the doctor about it and she said give him 2 weeks. Its almost been two weeks and he's not doing much better. I'm planning on calling back tomorrow to see what she says.
