Pregnant after a Loss

CPW - Dry crotch skin.

Re: CPW - Dry crotch skin.

  • No, but dry skin is supposedly common during pregnancy--so why there, I guess. My nose has been peeling like it's sunburnt or something. I hope that doesn't happen to your vag.
It was a rough road, but Arlo Daniel was born April 1, 2013—and our second rainbow is due October 12, 2014.
  • Jock itch??

  • Not to veer away from your clicky poll ... But how are you doing Grace? I assume everything went well with your ultrasound? I've been thinking about you this week, and hoping things are going well for you! I also hope you're feeling better too ... I'm alternately puking in my garbage can and/or fighting the urge to crawl under my desk and nap! Living the dream. Big Smile

We lost our first (EDD 07/23/12) after finding out at 12 weeks there was no longer a heartbeat. Our rainbow was born 05/22/13 and was worth all we went through.

I feel like ass! Thank you for asking though hon. ;)

Honestly, I'm so tired and 10-12 hours of sleep a night doesn't seem like enough, and I feel constantly queasy, but don't actually vomit - just walk around queasy. It's not that bad though with respect to how the average pregnant woman probably feels at this stage. I'm powering through it. We have a formal event to attend this weekend, and it'll be interesting to see if I can stay awake for the entire thing.

Ultrasound went very well. Baby on track (2 days off from what I thought), strong heartbeat seen & heard. They did see a small subchorionic hematoma, but I have had zero bleeding, and the doctor wasn't terribly concerned.

Powering through ... That's all you can do. It's tough though, I know. I keep trying to fight the sickness as best as I can, because I really don't want to be on Zofran. I fear it's going to happen though. Just know I'm thinking about you, and glad to know your doctor isn't concerned about your SCH. I know that has to be scary.

  • I've started putting the cocoa body butter for my belly down there as well and it hasn't been an issue since. It's nice after shaving too.
