Yesterday was DD2s first day all formula with little to no breastmilk and made a huge poop this morning that was green. Do you think is worth calling the pediatrician about it is it just her tummy adjusting?
The only bad colors are red or white, so anything else is considered okay. It may vary a little from day to day, but unless your baby seems sick then it's no big deal.

You're good. Like the PP said, red (may look black), or white is a no go. My daughter had white a few days ago and it resembled a chunk of desitine or clay. I'm flip flopping between BM and formula...she didn't have pain and it was only one poop so the pediatrician wasn't alarmed.
