Any other PDD-NOS families in here?

Yesterday DS was diagnosed with pdd-nos, high functioning. But the Neuropsychologist recommended intensive course of ABA and regular follow up with a neuropsychologist.

Just wondering if any other families in here have the same diagnosis?

    Yes.  My DS was diagnosed just before he turned 4.  Welcome to the board, lots of great resources and support here.

    My DS was Dx in July, about 2 months before his 4th birthday.

    We definitely suspect it and are trying to start the process to be diagnosed. Our Dev. Pedi. Hasn't done a Psych. Eval. So I guess that is what we need. My son is almost 3.

    My son was diagnosed pdd-nos right before he turned 3. He's 4.5 now and doing great! We've had lots of ups and downs, and I'm sure many more to come. Welcome to the board!
