My acupuncturist has recommended both of these for before pregnancy and during. She's pretty conservative about her recommendations-- so, I'd probably consider them to be OK. To be safe,though, just call your doc to make sure.

I'm currently taking 200 mg 3x a day of CoQ10 per my RE's recommendation. I'm not on stims though. You might want to give your doc a call just to on the safe side.
