I think you'll find the motorola video monitor is highly recommended on this board. There are different screen sizes, that is the middle one. This one has a tiny screen and is under $100. But the ratings aren't great.
I've been doing a lot of research and have decided on the Motorola video monitor. No personal experience yet but I've read a ton of reviews and it seem a better option that the Summer Infant one (lots of poor reviews on reliability and customer service.)
We have the Motorola, and we LOVE it. However, our first one broke after less than a year of use... I wasn't happy about that. I rely on it so much, though, that I bought another to replace it.
DH got a Foscam ip camera for under 50. You have to be tech savvy I think, but we've got it streaming live video to my work computer, his iPhone, and my iPad. Right now we just spy on our dog and his antics
