How often do you hang out with your friends (dinner, drinks, movies, or even just hanging at your house) ?

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ?

How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ?

How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner?

Time for myself out of the house without husbandaby (that doesn't include grocery shopping) I think maybe 3 times in the last 5 months. My mom has had DS overnight 3 times in the last 2 months. Thats about it!

Is it odd that I still prefer DD to be with me? I know it won't be the case when she's more mobile, but I don't find it a "break" to be away from her. I miss her. Plus she's a pretty easy baby and just kinds hangs out/looks cute. So I bring her with me unless it is somewhere that babies can't go. Which has only been I think three times since she's been born. (Friend's bachelorette party and DH's grandpa was in a Dinner Theatre and a day-long hike) It's easier too because I don't need to pump off milk to leave. I HATE pumping. My family would be pretty upset if I didn't bring her when I go see them.

My friends always brought their babies when they were so small, so they're more than fine with it. We usually only go to a restaurant to gossip anyway. I told them when she can repeat what we say I won't bring her anymore! LOL

How often do you hang out with your friends (dinner, drinks, movies, or even just hanging at your house) ? A few times at get togethers but the kids are always there.

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? At least once a month but again my kids are always there.

How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ? Hmmm, Ha ha. Well, I wish I had the time to exercise and get a pedicure. My job luckily allows me at least one day per week that I have some free time to go shopping alone I want to.

How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner? Once so far and that was almost 2 months ago now. So, no it doesn't happen often but our one year wedding anniversary is coming up so I may be able to ask my mom to babysit

How often do you hang out with your friends (dinner, drinks, movies, or even just hanging at your house) ? Once a week, but our kids and theirs are always with us.

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? about every two months. Kids are always with us. My family doesn't live nearby.

How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ? I've left my older son to go shopping but I always take my lo. It's easier.

How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner? Twice. Both times my mom was visiting.

I go walking once a week with another mom friend. We take the LO's along though.

We see my mom once a week usually she drives up to visit, mil drops in quickly 3 to 4times a week on her way home from work. I've taken ds down to see the rest of my family only 3 to 4 times.

Dh and I have been averaging one date a month which is more than I expected.

I usually get 4hrs or so to myself over the course of the week between going grocery shopping alone, dh taking ds out walking, dh taking ds to his parents etc

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? Weekly. Sometimes multiple times weekly. My mom comes to visit a lot.
How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ? Does grocery shopping and working count? If not then never.
How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner?We try to once a month. It's been a couple months currently, though.

If we hadn't moved, though, I still don't think that I would've really gotten to go out all that often :-/ DH has yet to stay home alone with DD... I do think that after a certain time, we probably would've been able to have people over once/week for board game night like before DD was born.
How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? We live with my parents, so all the time in a way, but they're so busy and overwhelmed with their life that they can go days without holding DD. Not to mention that they're not really into hanging out with us in any way. We've only managed to see DH's family once, but they live 4 hours away and money is tight right now.

DD is always with me, but mostly because there's no one else to watch her right now.
How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner? We were supposed to go on a date night once/month, but then ran into financial trouble, so we haven't been out since August. Can't wait to go out again soon! Otherwise, we have us time after DD goes to bed and before we do.

How often do you hang out with your friends (dinner, drinks, movies, or even just hanging at your house) ? - Once or twice a month. My BF either comes over with her girls or I go to her house.

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? - We see my family often since they only live 5 minutes away. Usually at least once a week. DH's family is a little further so we see them once or twice a month.

How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ? - Every Saturday for two hours I go to praise team practice. However, LO is still in the building my Mom just hangs out with her during those two hours. I have only been out by myself once for my best friend's DH's birthday party. I just stopped in for a couple of hours.

How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner? - We actually get more date nights then I expected. We normally get some kind of alone time every weekend. My cousin is a senior this year so we have gone to all of his home football games. We also went out to dinner for our 5 year wedding anniversary and went ziplining on a Sunday afternoon. No overnights though yet.

I'm sort of a loner and not big on drama, so I don't have too many "close" friends that I want to spend time with outside of work. So hardly ever.

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ?

Every other weekend we do things with my extended family. We are very close knit, so we have a lot of fun.

How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ?

I work in an office that allows us to work 9 hr days, so we get every other Friday off. I usually take those days to get a mani/pedi, and DD and I go shopping and stop in to eat lunch with Daddy. If I have a Dr appt or a lot of errands that have to get done, I will sometimes drop DD off at daycare for 1/2 of the day and take some time to myself.

How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner?

Once maybe twice a month.

Overall, I feel pretty good about the amount of time I get to do "me" things. I also work outside of the home, so even though it's work, it's still a little bit of an escape. I'm just not the SAH type. Kudos to people who can do it, but it's just not for me.

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? My mom comes to hang out twice a month or so, my dad we don't see that much. Extended family we try to see once every few months.

Oh let's see, we went to Culver's without the babies when they were 7 months old....they are now 5 months. So I guess once every 3 months or so....

I go to dinner with a good friend (who is "uncle" to my LO) every Sunday after the baby goes to sleep and then the three of us do an activity every other week for most of Monday. Once a month I make an extra date with another friend and my husband gets LO to bed then so we can be out however long we feel like.
How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? At least once a week I see my parents with LO and my MIL comes to visit about once a month.
How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ? I go shopping with LO pretty often and we go out for walks a lot. If I am doing my "own thing" it is with me at home and my husband out with the baby. They go for jogs occasionally so I can get stuff done at home.
How often do you go on a date (alone) with your husband/partner? Almost never but we are home bodies anyways. We rarely had real dates pre-baby so this doesn't seem weird. We are happy hanging out watching tv at home after baby falls asleep.

Not a lot but I don't need it yet. Baby goes to bed at 6 pm and big kid goes to bed at 7:30. So I have my evenings and I am a bit of a homebody these days. I don't really want to go anywhere. I just want some quiet time in my house. I need to get back to the gym soon.

H and I have a date night at least twice a month.

We hang out with friends but as a whole family.

How often do you hang out with family (other than husband/kids) ? Only when they visit. They live at least 15 hours away.

How often do you do your own thing outside of the house (exercise, pedicure, shopping, ect) ? Maybe once every two-three weeks I get to grocery shop by myself. Other than that I don't get any time.
