Potty reviews

Looks like we're going to buy a potty - DD went in one the other day at daycare so we might as well start.  What are your potty recommendations? Also, any book recommendations on how to potty train?

TIA!

  • We love the one from Ikea. It's one piece so it's really easy to clean and travel with. Plus it's less than five dollars, so you can have them in every bathroom!

  • I like to use the real potty with a seat cover. We have the Prince Lionheart Weepod Basix and it has been great.

This! I read a lot of reviews from potty training sites (not a site that sells the seats) and this was the most recommended seat.
