Do you think of LO as a spring or summer baby?

Obviously if you're due after June 21 it's an easy question for you.

But I'm due (as of right now) June 10. I know officially it's a spring baby, but anything after Memorial Day is unofficially considered summer, right? Same thing happened with DS. He was born December 3, so technically fall, but after Thanksgiving. I was able to wrap my head around it by saying neither, he's a Christmas baby. 

So what do you consider yourself having? And yup, I'm a total over thinker.

    Haven't thought about too much other than the fact that I get to take most of the summer off - so guess I'd refer to him more as a summer baby.

    About me  2007: Started TTC. 2008: OB prescribed clomid, went to RE and was Dx with PCOS. 2009: IUI #1 w/follitsim and trigger = BFP. B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!

    June 30. To me that's summer...school is out for summer. :)

    When I think of June I think summer even if technically part of it is spring. So I would say summer baby unless you wanted a spring baby, in which case you can totally pick. It's a good due date :)

    I definitely think of mine as a summer baby.  By June 9, I was usually out of school, or if I was still in school, it was the last week where it was all field days and recess.  Ever since then, anything after Memorial Day has always felt like summer to me.  I got married June 2 and think of it as a summer wedding (even though we almost had  to rent heaters!)

    I consider June, July and August to be summer so DS is a spring baby and this baby will be a summer baby.

    I hadn't really thought of it in terms of the equinox - but I have to say June seems a pretty summery month in my mind.  So I think I'd consider LO a summer baby, despite my EDD being the 10th.

    I'm due the 21st so definitely a summer baby. However, I would still consider baby to be a summer baby if I was due earlier in June.

    I'm due 6/11 but I live in Texas so it's already 100 degrees here by that time so LO is a summer baby to me.



    4 Clomid cycles BFN's,3 injectible cycles BFN, 3 failed IUI's
    Hystroscopy to remove cysts 11/2010
    IVF #1 with ICSI Graydon Dane born Oct. 23, 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks.
    Surprise BFP 10/9/12. Blighted ovum at 8wks. D&C 11/1/12.
    Surprise BFP#2 TWINS!!! Boy/Girl twins.

    I moved from Kansas to California. So now I'm definitely saying Summer, since it's hot by April. But even if I lived in KS I think I'd go with Summer. Maybe if i lived up north i'd go spring. Just because I go by weather and how it feels....not necessarily the date

    I guess it would technically be a spring baby, but I totally consider all of June summer! haha :) My DD was born March 18th and I consider her a spring baby and not a winter baby since it's so close. Plus spring is so much better than winter LOL :)

    Summer definitely but I am due the end of the month.  Regardless I consider June, July and August summer so even with an earlier due date I would say a summer baby.

    I am a November baby and I conider myself winter (not sure what is the first day). I've always wanted my bday to be in the warmer months. So as soon as I found out June 5 I thought "summer baby" and I will be home ALL summer.

    I go by the calendar, sort of. I'm due June 21st, so that's a summer baby regardless, but if it's born the day before, I still consider it a spring baby. March, April, and May to me are spring. June - August are summer.

    I'm due June 12th but expecting to go early like with DS (May). Either way, Spring

    BFP 5/21/10, Missed m/c 7/5/10 at 11w3d (baby measured 7wks), D&C 7/7/10

    Aug/Sept 2010 - CD3&10 b/w & u/s, genetic testing, SA, HSG, & Lap/Hyst to remove septum

    12/09/10 BFP -- 7/05/11 DS born at 33w5d. Came home after 23d in NICU at 37w0d

    June 2012 - TTC #2! -- 10/05/12 BFP --  5/23/13 DS2 born at 37w1d! Yay full term!

    Surprise BFP 6/25/14 LO#3 due Feb2015!

    I'm due June 11th from being in school it was drilled into our minds that June was summer, and it is always super hot by then. The equinox needs to change to fit us lol. June is definitely summer to me.

    Of course another summer baby.  Which I said I'd never do.  I am so not looking forward to the excessive swelling involved in a summer pregnancy.

    I'd been thinking of LO as a summer baby, but now that I'm thinking through it the joke here is that Oregon summers start on July 4th, so I don't know!

    1. I consider June summer regardless.

    2. I'm a teacher so after LO is born I'm done with school... Therefore my summer!

    My EDD is 6/10 or so (haven't been to the OB yet), but my last day of school is like 5/25 or something, and I consider anything after the last day of school to be summer.
