Not too bad, but he got whacked in the head with branches a few times when we were hiking last week. DH had him in a hiking backpack carrier, and DS's head was a bit higher. He has a few scratches. All of us do, actually. It was a brutal hike.
Our two worst happened this week! First, we were at the park on a play structure and he somehow got on the slide and went down face first before I could catch him! I went down right behind him but couldn't get there fast enough. I felt so bad! He face planted into the sand but he didn't have a scratch, thank goodness!
The other one happened yesterday another little guy BIT him at our playgroup! Again, I was right there! Boy, did he scream! Luckily it didn't break skin. SAD FACE TO OWIES!
Bug has had a bunch of bumps and bruises but the worse ones are when she cuts her lip with her teeth when she falls. It doesn't happen often but those are the worse for me right now.

Dd cut her lip several months back when she fell on a toy. She still to this day scratches her face up like crazy with her nails. Now if she bumps her head or something even a little, she will come by me to kiss her boo boo.
I'd say it's a tie between her breaking her arm at 10 months, and when she took a spill down the stairs at 12 months. While the break was much worse to deal with overall, the stairs fall was actually way scarier because I was terrified that she sustained a head injury. Thankfully, she was completely fine. But I will say I have tons more grays in my hair than I had before she became mobile!

I don't know how you haven't had a heart attack yet?! After that I'd have her in a padded room with a helmet at all times!
DD dropped a toy on her foot a couple weeks ago. She started to cry, but I just old her she was ok and kept trying to distract her. Well later that night her poor little toe nail turned purple. 3 weeks later and it's still purple. Every time I see it I feel like the worst mom ever. Poor kid.

Oh man...it feels like it's all the time now that he's toddling around...poor kid! He face planted a brick retaining wall, gash over the eyebrow. Then he was sitting on this industrial rocking horse thing at the pumpkin patch and so excited, sort of nodding his head all happy and BAM, hit his forehead on a nut sticking up on the head of the horse. Two days later, he was toddling around the kitchen, and a bottom drawer was left just an inch (or less) open...he tripped and face planted into the drawer, hit his eyebrow on the edge/corner of the drawer. He hit a board/sign at the hay maze the other day and got a knot on his forehead, and currently has a bruise on his right cheekbone where he tripped and his face broke his fall...on the stem of a pumpkin at daycare. All face injuries, all the time. The first time - the retaining wall, I cried harder than him and he kind of even looked at me like, "what happened to YOU?" lol. I'm getting better about not freaking out so much so that he doesn't get more scared. It's hard though. This is a tough age with the owies...breaks my heart!
DD got her's last night, walked right into the table last night. A table that has been there since before she was born, that she places her toys on to knock off. She is sporting a nice size bump and bruise today. I am pretty sure DH is out buying a helmet and face mask.
DD had her first real big owie about 6 weeks ago. She hadn't quite mastered the art of crawling yet and she somehow got her hands stuck underneath her and face planted. We could never figure out WHAT exactly happened, but her mouth was full of blood and poor little thing spent the next day eating soft food.
Also, DD1 got her first black eye yesterday? A little boy pushed her at daycare and she hit her face hard on the ground Good thing I was the one to pick her up though. When DH saw her, he turned all Papa Bear and started talking about getting the kid kicked out of daycare, etc.
Our worst owie just happened a week ago. Our baby bear is walking and still gets a little unsteady and bam hit the surround sound sub Bose on his right cheek. The bruise is finally fading.
Dont you hate when you go out in public? I feel like people are judging.
Jack had one that was totally my fault. He stuck his hand into the kitchen recycling because I didn't have the cabinet lock on. He grabbed a can out and cut his little thumb. : poor guy. Finger cuts are the worst. But, he did learn the word "boo boo" from it.
Cute/funny story: Liam was a super talkative kid, still is. But, the summer after he turned 1 he fell all the time. He always had scraped knees. If you asked him to name his body parts ears, eyes, etc. you could point to his knees and he called them his booboos.
