  Yummy! My family is from Egypt, so I just call it hummus (the garlic is implied!) ... I cannot eat the store-bought kind, it makes me yak.

  The more, the better!! I tend not to share my hummus with anyone. Same goes for Baba Ganouj. I have a stash of baked garlic pita bits at work just for this!!

  My best friend works in a restaurant/deli/fast food place (actually not sure how you would qualify it) that is mediterranean fare.  She makes the best hummus ever.
