I do believe that this post will require an update at some point Mrs. Maura lol.. but to answer your question, mine didn't hurt when I was pregnant w/ L, but this time around I was still BFing and they hurt almost right away.. every time L nursed it felt different.. I kind of new somethig was up.
My friends mostly said as soon as they were late and about to take a test. Two days after we did the deed, my boobs felt super heavy....but not sensitive. That lasted for a week or two. Sensitive wise, that started 2nd Tri for me

Implantation takes 7 to 10 days and your body has no way of knowing if sperm met egg before that. I wouldn't trust symptoms until it's just about time for your period since early pregnancy and PMS symptoms are both caused by the same thing.
I POAS when ttc ds and it was a BFN, two days I woke up and my boobs really hurt, more than usual PMS boobs. I POAS and got BFP, so I would guess if you are pregnant enough to have booby pain then you would also be knocked up enough to get a positive test.
Re: Silly question but I'll just throw it out there.

Again.. you better update us!
I will. It's way too early to poas though.
