DS is 2.5 and still in a high chair. Its easy to clean up, and he eats more meals than the rest of us, so Idk we just kept him in it. We pull him up to the table for supper or family meals obviously (wheels).
I've just been wondering when I should just put him in a booster at the table or just let him sit in the regular chair?
I live with my parents/brother so we would have to put the leaf in the table to add an extra chair...which isn't really a big deal, but does take up more space than the high chair.
Once he turns 3, I feel like we will all feel silly with him sitting in a high chair, but we don't really have a nice booster (just the one that came with the high chair)
Re: Where does your kid sit for meals?
We bought the kaboost which goes under the regular chair and raises it up so he sits on the regular chair, but it isn't too low.
We bought it around his 2nd birthday and for a few weeks he preferred using his other chair.
But he finally and now always requests sitting in the chair with the kaboost on the bottom.
At our kitchen table she sits on the chair. At our dining room table she sits in a booster b/c the table is higher.
