Letdown?

I think what I'm feeling is my letdown, but it doesnt happen during a feeding. It is usually in between. It feels like my breast are filling up, it burns a little and I feel alot of pressure. Sometimes it hurts pretty bad. Is this just my breast filling up?

    That's just your breasts refilling.  The sensation fades over time, or at least you'll quit noticing it.
