Just talked with the nurse

and we are sticking with Metformin + Clomid + TI + hcg booster after ovulation. DH turned 40 in August so he is going to have another SA done to ensure everything is still okay. He hasn't had one in a few years. I hope all is well and that this is our cycle. We have 3 more (including this one) before we call it quits.

She did mention I could do an HSG, but since I ovulate every month and got pregnant in June, I'm not sure what benefit that would provide. I'll reserve that for our last ditch effort. 

Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
