Hi Ladies,
This is my desperate plea for help. We are moving next week to St. Augustine. My 4 yr old is devastated that we are leaving his school, friends, house, room, you name it. Here in ATL I have a long list of places we can go for a fun outing. Near our new house I got nothin' that I know of. I have googled and can't seem to find any indoor play places like a bounce house place. Here they have 'catch air' in S. FL near my ILS they have 'a latte fun' is there anything like this in the 32092 area? We will obviously hit the playgrounds, go play on the beach, etc... I am just wondering if there are any places like what we have here, that I could keep in my back pocket?
I am trying to find a sports type activity to put him in immediately but it looks like everything is going to be taking a hiatus until January. I just REALLY want to be able to get him into something where he can make friends right away. Any help would be appreciated.
TIA!
Re: Kid Activities for preschoolers. Help!
These aren't all necessarily "close by" for you, but they are some ideas. I think you have to get used to driving a lot living here. lol Not sure what it's like in ATL.

My friend takes her kids there all the time, they love it. Never been myself though..

I think this place is kind of like a Chuck E Cheese...

This was one of my favorite places to go as a kid.
Not sure exactly what you're looking for. Of course, there are always the 100 something parks in Jacksonville/St. Augustine, the zoo, the beaches, all the attractions in St. Augustine...
I think most Michael's Craft stores have a thing on Saturday mornings where they do an Craft Project with kids for a small price.
Hope something in that is helpful.
That sounds like the place here that we go to on rainy days. We will definitely have to explore the area and check things out. I don't mind driving to something b/c it will kill the morning or afternoon.
