OK.  So I've tried to change my profile photo a number of times (I'm not a dark haired male cartoon character) as well as add a ticker or something fun to my signature and I keep getting (ahem) 'bumped out of the BUMP' and back into the NEST where it says that my profile cannot be found.  

I used the NEST for wedding planning 5 years ago and it was fine...now I cannot really create a profile - it's just a generic thing.

Any suggestions.

I'm thinking of starting from scratch with my work email or something.

    I used to have the same exact problem. Sometimes it worked when I got into my account to change my settings, and then into my profile to those settings (I eventually had to create a whole new account...). Once you can get in there, open another tab, go to a ticker site, create the ticker, copy, and then paste it in the box for signature, then save the changes. Same thing for your avatar and uploading your photos.
