Hypnobirthing

I'm looking for recommendations on a local hypnobirthing class. Has anyone done it? Was is helpful? Where did you go for the class and who was the teacher?

    I did Hypnobabies, not Hypnobirthing. Not sure if you care about the difference. I did it with Labor of Love in Decatur at Lotus of Life Chiropractic.  Loved the class and the teacher.  It was helpful for me, and I still use the techniques sometimes to relax.  They claim you'll have a painless childbirth, which I didn't really buy into -- but the techniques can really help you manage your pain if you practice.  Your hubby has to get into it to and read you scripts and so on  -- it's a lot of work! I think I would do it again.
